Our psychoeducational group programs offer a supportive, structured environment where participants can learn, connect, and grow alongside others. These groups provide evidence‑based education, guided discussions, and practical strategies to help you build insight, resilience, and confidence.

We offer online psychoeducation groups across Australia and Canada, with in‑person options available in Calgary, Alberta. Evening sessions are also available. Workshops and group programs are designed to help you understand mental health concerns, strengthen coping skills, and feel more empowered in your daily life.

What You’ll Learn

Group topics may include:

  • Stress management and emotional regulation

  • Distress tolerance and grounding skills

  • Anxiety and depression support

  • Addiction and recovery planning

  • Relationship skills and communication

  • Self‑care and personal growth

  • Workplace harassment and bullying

  • Trauma‑informed education and safety strategies

Each session blends education with practical tools, helping you apply what you learn in real‑life situations.

Service Fees

  • Coming October 2026: $100 CAD for a 1.5‑hour session

  • 3‑Session Package: $285 CAD

  • School & University students get exclusive discounted counselling sessions.

  • If cost is a concern, please let us know. We’re committed to finding a fee arrangement that feels manageable.

Concession Pricing

Concession rates are available for eligible participants. Please provide proof of eligibility during registration (e.g., student ID, low‑income documentation, provincial benefits confirmation). Concession payments are due at registration and will be verified.

Payment is accepted by credit card or debit. Cancellation and refund details will be provided at sign‑up.

To participate in our psychoeducation groups:

  3. Choose single sessions or the discounted 3‑session package.
